In our Strategy area, we draw upon specialized knowledge and skill in mathematical, physical and social sciences. This knowledge and skill, coupled with the principles and methods of engineering analysis, is used to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities within organizations.
Our Operations area concentrates on the comprehensive re-engineering of business processes. The goal is to align business processes with mission-critical financial, human resource, and administrative system functionality to meet the needs of both internal and external customers. This area also focuses on understanding the policies and procedures needed to support and sustain best practices.
The Systems area focuses on application development, integration, network/internet architecture, and system support. The objective of this area is to understand the technology infrastructure needed to support strategies and operations, while optimizing the total cost of ownership equation.
